KINGDOM FMPL has learned that communication is an essential factor for providing the kind of service that one needs in today’s environment. Our processes ensure that the flow of information within the organization reaches the individuals who need to act on it.
Our clients are provided with a communication / sign in book which is used for reporting any minor issues that may arise. We have found this an effective system in detecting and rectifying any problems immediately.
As part of our quality program, regular inspection reports are filled in by our supervisors and duplicated so that cleaners can be left a copy of areas requiring attention. Our clients can also be given a copy upon request for their records.
Every inspection report is reviewed by our senior management on a weekly basis. The results are then acted upon by our Operations Managers.
Each inspection report has a grade that must be entered in by the supervisor. This grade is recorded so we can keep track of a contract’s performance standard. This gives management an indication of trends and cleaner’s performance. This information is also available to the client if they wish to review this information.

Potential applicants are screened by our Quality Assurance Managers. This process commences with the aptitude and attitude test which enables us to quickly establish the service personnel we require. Our screening process also includes stringent reference checks with prior employer, references and security checks.

Our inspection and checking process is managed in accordance with a quality plan. To establish continuity and compliance to the quality plan, requirements are monitored and checked weekly with inspection reports by an Operation Manager.
All Operation Managers are contactable 24 hours a day.

To ensure that we maintain the desired level of cleaning, we arrange for all of our cleaners to sign off their work that they have carried out, on a daily basis. When our supervisors or Operation Managers visit your premises, they can then ensure that standard and regularity of cleaning is maintained.
Through our experience, we understand that Managers are often rotated between properties. Each time a new Manager is appointed, we will seek to meet with him or her to explain our service and commitment to cleaning the premises.
This will then allow the Managers to clearly see in a transparent way, what KINGDOM FMPL has promised to deliver and what we are actually delivering.
